Coach Fred has spent his entire career in the automobile industry with Phillips Buick GMC. That's right, all 34+ years. They don't call Fred "Coach" for nothing. Fred is a youth football and basketball coach and an expert when it comes to BBQ and all things Heisman. He is married with two kids. Fred's son go’s to Gannon University in Erie, PA, which by association makes Fred a Golden Knight, too, and without a doubt many of his customers see Fred as a knight in shining armor too. He is a Miami Dolphin, Florida Gator and Orlando Magic fan, so you know this man is patient. The fact is, buying a car with Fred is easy and he always has a smile on his face and a chuckle in his voice. He may coach the games, but he does not play games when it comes to finding you the right vehicle. Fred's coaching experience makes winning a satisfying car deal easy. His customers are his #1 fans.

Also, he is prompt, that is to say, “now oriented.” Sean knows his customers have busy lives and so does he: busy finding answers to their automotive needs. Best of all, the process is smooth with no bumps or wrinkles and positive from start to finish. Being organized is a gift that helps this single father raise a little girl and keep up with two dogs. We are pretty sure his daughter Ella is a Gator fan like her dad but there is no word yet on the dogs' allegiance.

Mark has been here at Phillips Buick GMC for over 5 years of his 32 years in the automotive industry. He is married with 2 boys, 2 dogs and a clever cat. He is an avid sports fan and follows the Tennessee Volunteers, Atlanta Falcons, and Atlanta Braves, and even the Orlando Magic. He basically can't stop watching television. Mark plays golf for recreation and does some wood working which comes in handy when you have two boys. Mark is all about putting you in the right vehicle and partnering with you along the way. Sales, service, and an eye to the future coupled with a sincere desire to help is what customers love about Mark.

His name might be TJ Gamble, but when it comes to helping folks find the vehicle... TJ is pretty much a sure thing. TJ likes the simple things in life and as a result he can relate to his customers because he has never lost sight of what it is like to go out and buy a car. Treating people, the way he would appreciate being treated while finding his next car or truck, is the way TJ approaches helping those he serves. TJ loves dogs, and he has a beautiful, chocolate, Labrador puppy to prove it. When he has time, golfing and fishing are how he prefers to relax and have a little fun on top of that. Where sports are concerned, TJ is pretty much a Central Florida kind of guy. The Orlando Magic, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers make it to his list of favorites. The one outlier being the Miami Hurricanes. TJ has been in the automotive industry for 3-years and has been here at Phillips Buick GMC for about a year of that time.

After eight years in the car business, the last one right here at Phillips Buick GMC, Jason Hadley has made quite an impression on his customers and fellow sales team members. Maybe, being a single father informs Jason’s patience and willingness to hear what his customer is saying. Going the extra mile to verify his customer’s understanding of the process of buying or leasing a car these days. Jason is enjoying his daughter Kendall’s childhood, spending time with her and supporting her participation in sports and all other things. Jason loves to do anything outdoors: golf, fishing, whatever. He also is a fan of the Chicago Cubs, Tampa Bay Lightning, and Florida State Seminoles. It all leads to a person out to help as many customers as possible find the right vehicle for them.

Scott has spent half of his 28 years in the car business right here at Phillips Buick GMC. We are glad he is here and so are Scott's customers. Car buying can be fun, and Scott knows how to do that. One thing people like about Scott is that he is direct and to the point. No fluff. Typical New Yorker, right? He was just a little apple in the Big Apple, but Scott is still an avid Jets fan. The Islanders, Rangers, Lightning, Rays and Bucs complete his sports watch list. He might be conflicted when the Jets play the Bucs. In Florida, Scott's found he really likes boating, fishing, and shooting. He also still likes his family. Rooting for all those sports teams keeps peace with the relatives, or does it? Capiche?

The first thing you have to know about Gilbert is that he came up through the ranks. Gilbert has been here at Phillips Buick GMC for over 6 years, and he has been helping people find the right vehicle for just over 1 year. Gilbert knows all about how things work here and is a great guy to have on your side. With his enthusiasm, friendly easy-going approach and great sense of humor you just know he’ll help you get what you need. The only other person who could be more helpful would be able to grant your wishes in threes and live in a magic lamp! If you are wondering why we call him “Bam,” it is not because he is an Alabama fan. Gilbert is a fan of the “U”. That’s right, the fabled Miami Hurricanes. It’s OK. The Canes keep him humble, not that he needs it. Gilbert has his whole family on his side. They are his biggest fans. When he isn’t here making people happy, Gilbert is fishing and then cooking what he catches.

Jim Berlin is a family man who treats his customers the way he would like his family treated when bringing their cars in for service. Getting to the cause of a problem is the best way to resolve the issue and leads to the possibility of a warrantied service item. Either way, finding the “why” of a service problem leads to the proper actions being taken and a satisfied customer. Jim is a “car guy” and has been in the car business almost as long as he has been married, 35 and 36 years respectively. With 3 girls of his own and 3 grandchildren, it is easy to see why some of Jim’s hobbies involve flowers, plants and home repair. He balances it all with cruising, because Jim’s a cool grandfather. Between the Florida Gators and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Jim has staked out his sporting interests and enjoys a business career where he wins the respect of employees and customers alike.

After 15 years in the automotive industry Zack has experienced change but one thing that does not change is customer service. Keeping his service customers informed while their car is being serviced has never varied. Knowing his customers has not changed either. Being able to communicate and understand what the customer needs and expects is the best way to expedite the whole service interval. Some people call it feedback and more properly, for Zack’s customers, it is appreciation for a thoroughly professional approach to having their vehicle serviced. With two sons and a daughter, Zack’s life is full, but he still finds time to relax through fishing and following the Florida Gators.
